As a qualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach specialising in children and adolescents, I offer personalised 1:1 sessions designed to help young people build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing, while strengthening their key emotional literacy skills.

I support children through both everyday worries and significant life changes – from managing anxiety or friendship challenges to navigating transitions such as moving schools or preparing for important events. Each session provides practical tools, gentle guidance, and a safe, supportive space where children can feel more confident, capable, and in control.

Coaching is most effective when offered as a block of sessions, giving time for meaningful progress, reflection, and trust to grow. However, one-off sessions are also available for specific goals, such as preparing for a school trip or managing a particular transition.
